Randstad: celebrating dedication to candidates and each other. 

Every birthday is special, but this one was exceptional. To celebrate Randstad’s diamond anniversary, we launched a global campaign with the concept 'Above & Beyond'. Why? Because ever since 1959, employees have dedicated themselves to their candidates, clients and each other. On Randstad’s official birthday we kicked off with a global online show, reaching all 34,000 employees worldwide. This livestream was followed by an engaging internal campaign with some unexpected activations. We proved that even in an online environment, creativity and a human-first approach always pave the way for unforgettable experiences.

The Connecting the Randstad World: one click at a time.

Our campaign was all about gamification. We matched employees based on personalized talent profiles, let them share inspiring stories via a video platform and tested everyone’s Randstad know-how with fun team games. From image recognition to word association, teams climbed leaderboards and snagged awesome prizes. Who says internal engagement can’t be interactive?
